Directions: From RT.44 or RT 6 turn onto RT. 198 and pull into the
Natchaug Forest go down the drive a lttle ways and you will see a
bridge,just before it there will be a picnic area,pull into the parking
lot and park.Follow the trail along the river past the tables and you
will soon cross over a wooden bridge and pass by another table keep
going down the trail.You will then go down a small embankment and cross
over a small stream bed,then you will cross over a little gully and go
up a small embankment.Continue on you you will pass a couple of giant
pine trees on your left and a stream on your right.Keep going and you
will be going through a grove of mountain laurel twisting and turning
stepping over logs.you will come to a spot where you have to go down
another small embankment close to the river then you step up and
continue on the trail.you will be going through more mountain laurel and
the trail will get very narrow and tight but keep going your almost
there.Step over some more logs and you will come to two giant pine trees
one on each side of the trail (DO NOT PASS THEM ) just before the pine
on your right there are some dead little tree branches on the
ground.Under the dead branches and some sticks is your Letterbox Please
